Josée Van Espen  Maresco founder and former  principal owner Josée Van Espen   has been retired from full time active participation in the company  since 2005,   after over 26 years at the helm. She has guided the company  during a period of considerable change in the industry with tenacity and  vision, and has  observed with pride Maresco's development into the multi service
	company that it is today. The entire staff at Maresco expresses heartfelt thanks and enormous  gratitude to Josée for her strength, guidance, leadership and encouragement throughout the years. While the reigns of ownership have been passed over to Lieve Brauers, who will maintain her role as managing director, we at Maresco are reassured that Josée will remain available behind-the-scenes to offer invaluable advice and inspiration.
